Okay, so I’ve been diving deep into fantasy football again this year, and the name Ben Sinnott kept popping up. I was like, “Who the heck is this guy?” So, naturally, I had to do some digging.

First, I checked out some basic stats. You know, the usual stuff – height, weight, college, and all that jazz. Turns out, he’s a tight end from Kansas State. Okay, interesting.
My Reserch Process
Then I try to remenber what I did:
- Watched some highlight reels. Gotta see the guy in action, right? I looked for some big catches, some tough runs after the catch, you know I need see his blocking, too, since he’s a tight end.
- Read a bunch of articles. This is where it gets tricky. I try to be a bit careful, not to get too hyped up by one amazing article, or too down on him because of one negative one. It’s all about finding the average, I figured.
- Compared him to other tight ends. I put him in context, is he projected to be a top-tier guy, a mid-range sleeper, or a total long shot? I looked at his Average Draft Position (ADP) on a few different fantasy sites.
After all that,I can feel I formed my own opinion. Is he worth drafting? If so, how early? Is he a starter, or more of a bench stash? Finally,I made some decisions about where I’d rank him in my own personal cheat sheets.
For the record, this whole process took a couple of hours, maybe a bit more. It is worth it?I feel happy to find this out.
