Virginia Tech grabbed him up, and he didn’t disappoint one bit, that’s for sure. For a freshman, he played his heart out, lettin’ everyone know that he was the real deal. Ain’t no question about it.
Now, you might be wonderin’ what all the fuss is about. Well, listen here, Brody Donay hits hard – I mean, real hard. Like, during the Men’s College World Series, folks were talkin’ ‘bout how he hit one of the hardest balls they’d seen! Can you imagine that? A young guy like him makin’ seasoned folks in the game go wide-eyed! And in one game, he went and hit a grand slam that just about knocked everyone’s socks off, lettin’ his team, the Florida Gators, have a seven-run inning!
