Figuring Out Who Zelina Vega is Married To
Okay, so I was watching some wrestling stuff the other day, and Zelina Vega’s name popped up again. Got me thinking, you know? Like, who’s she married to? I remember hearing she was married, but couldn’t place the guy’s name for the life of me. So, I decided to do a little digging myself, just out of curiosity.
First off, I just typed her name and “husband” into the search bar. Simple enough, right? Got a bunch of results back pretty quick. The name that kept showing up was Malakai Black. That name rang a bell, but I also knew him by another name from WWE… Aleister Black. Yeah, that’s the one I remembered more clearly.
Digging a Bit Deeper
So, it turns out Malakai Black, or Aleister Black, whatever you wanna call him (I saw his original name was Tommy End too, crazy how many names these guys have), is also a wrestler. Makes sense they’d meet through work. I found out they both ended up in WWE around the same time, back in 2017. She started managing Andrade in NXT, and he debuted there too.
- Found out Zelina signed with WWE in 2017.
- Her husband, known then as Aleister Black, also started in NXT that year.
- They basically met because they were working for the same company. Seems common in that line of work.
While I was looking this stuff up, I saw some other things. Like, some people seemed confused, thinking Savio Vega was her dad. Nah, that’s not right. I stumbled across the real story about her father, Michael Trinidad. Really sad stuff, he passed away in the 9/11 attacks. Important to get those facts straight, you know?
Keeping Up with Things
Also saw some recent news bits while I was at it. Looks like Zelina recently left that LWO group and got moved over to SmackDown. Haven’t seen her wrestle much lately, apparently, this was her first match in a while after the roster change was announced back in January. It’s tough keeping track of all the roster moves these days.
Anyway, mission accomplished. Zelina Vega’s husband is Malakai Black / Aleister Black. Both wrestlers, met through WWE. It wasn’t too hard to find out, just had to spend a few minutes looking around. Always interesting to learn a bit more about the people you see on TV.
