Alright, listen up, y’all. We’re gonna talk about this De’Aaron Fox fella, you know, the basketball player? People keep askin’, “How fast is that boy? How fast he runnin’?” Well, lemme tell ya what I heard.
So, how fast is De’Aaron Fox, huh? They say he’s mighty quick, like a rabbit in a briar patch. I ain’t never seen a rabbit run so fast, but they say Fox is even faster. Some folks even comparin’ him to a Ferrari! Can ya believe that? A whole car! That boy must be movin’ like greased lightnin’!
Now, I ain’t got no fancy speed gun or nothin’, but I heard some fellas talkin’. They was sayin’ John Wall, that other basketball fella, he used to run track in high school. And get this, he even trained with them Olympic runners! Them fellas are fast, I tell ya. And they said Wall could run somethin’ like 4.35…somethin’ or other. Sounds mighty fast to me.
- And LeBron, that big fella? He’s a big’un, like a tree trunk, but they say he can run too! Heard he clocked in at 4.5 somethin’ when he was playin’ down in Miami. Imagine that! A big fella movin’ that fast.
- But Fox, they say he’s somethin’ special. They say he’s got that “outrunnin’ speed.” I ain’t exactly sure what that means, but it sounds important. Like he can outrun just about anybody on that court.
This fella, Robert Harris, he knows a thing or two about speed. He helped Fox get even faster, can ya believe it? Like the boy wasn’t fast enough already! They worked on makin’ him even quicker, like a cheetah chasin’ its dinner.
And it ain’t just his runnin’ speed neither. This Fox boy can jump too! Heard he can jump somethin’ like 38.5 inches straight up in the air. That’s higher than my clothesline, I tell ya! He’s just springy, like a jackrabbit I tell you what. Jumpin’ and runnin’, that boy’s got it all.
Why all this speed matter, anyhow? Well, it seems like this speed helps him play basketball real good. He’s scorin’ a lot of points, they say. Somethin’ like 27.5 points a game this season. That’s a whole lotta points, if you ask me. He’s helpin’ his team, the Sacramento Kings, win games. They wasn’t doin’ so good before, but now they’re winnin’. And that Fox fella, he’s a big reason why.
Even that DeMar DeRozan fella, he noticed how fast Fox is. He’s a good player himself, DeRozan is. And he was so impressed with Fox’s speed that he decided to come play with him on the Kings. Said somethin’ about Fox helpin’ him make up his mind. That’s gotta mean somethin’, right? If a good player like DeRozan wants to play with Fox, that boy must be somethin’ special.
Folks are callin’ the Kings a “surprise team” this year. Nobody thought they’d be this good. But with Fox runnin’ around like a scalded dog, they’re winnin’ games and makin’ folks take notice. He’s the reason for this fast start so they say. And it all comes down to that speed, that outrunnin’ speed. He’s super fast, they say, real fast, that’s what his teammates say.
So, there you have it. I can’t give you an exact number, no miles per hour or nothin’. But from what I hear, De’Aaron Fox is mighty fast. He’s runnin’ circles ’round folks, jumpin’ higher than a beanstalk, and helpin’ his team win games. That boy’s a speed demon, I tell ya. And that speed is makin’ all the difference.
In short, he’s fast, fast, and super-fast. Now go on and spread the word.
