Okay, so, I’ve been thinking about getting a little something for my girlfriend, who’s a huge Houston Astros fan. I mean, this girl lives and breathes baseball, especially the Astros. So I started digging around to find the perfect gift to surprise her with.

A bit much for a charm, but it was really cute.

I also looked at some other random stuff. There were these “Astros Name Personalized” things, but the prices varied a lot, from $14.99 to $31.99, and I wasn’t sure what they were exactly. I saw some fan gear like a “FANMATS” thing for her car, which was only $9.84. Pretty cheap, but I wasn’t sure if she needed it. There was also a “New Era MLB Houston Astros” cap for $18.85, which seemed like a safe bet, you know, everyone can use a good cap.
After a couple of hours of browsing, I narrowed it down to a few options. I was seriously thinking about the “Color Comfort” t-shirt or maybe those teardrop earrings. I also thought about getting her a cap, just because it’s practical and she’d definitely use it.
In the end, I decided to go with the cap and the earrings. I figured the cap is something she can wear all the time, and the earrings are a nice little touch for when she wants to dress up a bit but still rep her team. I placed the order, and they arrived in just a few days. I was pretty stoked about how they looked in person.
The Reaction
When I gave them to her, she was over the moon! She immediately put on the cap and the earrings and started taking selfies. She thanked me like a million times. She said it was the best gift ever.
