Okay, so I saw this “carly baker bikini” thing trending, and, well, I got curious. I’m no fitness guru, but I do like checking out different workout routines, you know, just to see what’s out there. So I decided to dive in and see what all the fuss was about.

First, I tried to find, like, an actual routine. I mean, it’s easy to find pictures, but I wanted something structured. Something I could follow, not just, you know, admire.
It took some digging. A lot of digging, actually. I went through tons of websites.
My Searching Journey
- Started with a basic search, just typed it in. Lots of pictures, but nothing concrete.
- Then I tried adding “workout” or “routine” to my search. Still mostly just photos, and a few articles that were more about, um, her appearance than her actual fitness regimen.
- Found some fan pages. Those were… interesting, but not helpful for what I was looking for.
- Got frustrated. Took a break. Ate some chips. Came back to it.
- Finally started finding some forum discussions. These were a little more promising, with people claiming to know her routine.
So, I pieced together something that seemed like it might be legit, based on what people were saying in these forums and what exercises kept popping up in articles, even if the articles themselves were not that helpful, it seemed like a good starting point. I used it as a starting point to try my own workout.
I did some warm-up stretches, like arm circles and leg swings. Nothing fancy, just getting the blood flowing, then I did some squats and lunges. I think I did, like, three sets of 10 for each. My legs were already feeling it! Then I tried some push-ups. I’m not great at push-ups, so I did them on my knees. Still tough! I managed, like, eight, maybe? Then I did some planks. I hate planks, but they’re supposed to be good for you, so I held it for as long as I could, which was probably like 30 seconds, and did that three times. I finished up with some cool-down stretches, mostly just holding some basic poses to stretch out my muscles.
It wasn’t easy! And honestly, I’m not even sure if this is the “carly baker bikini” workout. It’s more like “inspired by” what I could gather. I modified and did some things that felt like a basic, full-body workout and that I could safely do. My back was already feeling it the day after!
Will I keep doing it? Maybe. I’ll probably tweak it some more, make it my own. The whole process was a bit of a wild goose chase, but hey, at least I got a workout in, right?
