Okay, so I saw this “black John Cena” meme floating around and I just had to try and make one myself. It looked hilarious and kinda dumb, so, perfect for a lazy Sunday afternoon project.

Getting Started
First, I needed a picture of John Cena. Easy enough. I just Googled “John Cena” and grabbed a picture of him doing his classic “You Can’t See Me” pose. You know, the one where he’s waving his hand in front of his face? That one.
Making Him… Invisible?
Next, I thought, “How the heck do I make him black, but also… invisible?” That’s the whole joke, right? He’s already known for the “You Can’t See Me” thing. I figured I’d just mess around in a photo editor and see what happens.
I opened up the picture in, you will never guess, MS Paint. Don’t judge, I think It’s very practical. I started fiddling with the color settings. I tried inverting the colors, messing with the brightness and contrast… nothing was really working. It just looked like a weird, messed-up photo of John Cena, not “black John Cena.”
The “Aha!” Moment
Then it hit me. I made it black.
All black.
I used the paint bucket to make it all black.
The Final Result
I saved the picture, posted it online with the caption “black John Cena,” and… crickets. Maybe my friends didn’t get it. Maybe it was too dumb. Or maybe, just maybe, I nailed it so perfectly that they literally couldn’t see him. Yeah, that’s gotta be it.
