Alright, alright, let’s talk about this wrestling stuff, this “SmackDown” thing. I don’t know much about fancy words or nothin’, but I watch it sometimes when the cows are done bein’ milked.
So, this Bleacher Report, they give grades, like them teachers back in school. Only instead of math and readin’, it’s for wrestlin’. You know, those big fellas in tights smackin’ each other around. Sometimes it’s fun to watch, sometimes it’s just a bunch of noise.
First off, let’s talk about them wrestlers. Some are good, some are… well, let’s just say they ain’t so good. You got fellas like that… uh… what’s his name? The one with all the muscles and the yellin’. Yeah, him. LA Knight. He’s alright, I guess. Strong as an ox, that one. They had him bein’ a referee one time. Don’t know why they do that, a wrestler bein’ a referee. Makes no sense to me, but hey, that’s their business.
Then you got these other fellas, always fightin’. Andrade and… shoot, what was the other fella’s name? Hayes, yeah, that’s it. Carmelo Hayes. They been fightin’ each other forever, it seems. One time, Andrade almost pinned him right off the bat. Quick as a whip, he was! But then Hayes, he comes back, you know? They always do. That’s how wrestlin’ works. Back and forth, back and forth, until someone gets tired or someone cheats.
- Andrade’s quick, like a snake.
- Hayes, he’s tough, takes a beatin’ and keeps goin’.
- And that LA Knight, he just yells a lot. But he’s strong, gotta give him that.
This Bleacher Report, they write about all this. They say who won, who lost, and how good the fightin’ was. They give it grades, like “A” or “B” or sometimes even a “C” if it was a real snoozer. I don’t always agree with them, mind you. Sometimes I think a fight is good, and they give it a bad grade. And sometimes, they give a good grade to a fight that was just plain borin’.
They had this one show, after that… Crown Jewel thing. I don’t know what that is, sounds like somethin’ fancy. But after that, they had a lot of talkin’ on SmackDown. Folks were upset, I guess. Happens all the time in wrestlin’. One minute they’re friends, the next minute they’re fightin’. It’s like a soap opera, but with more punchin’.
And then there’s this King and Queen of the Ring thing. Another fancy name. They had a bunch of matches, I think. Hard to keep track sometimes, so many fellas and gals runnin’ around in tights. But Bleacher Report, they kept track. They wrote about every match, every punch, every kick. And then they gave it a grade. I guess that’s their job, right? Watchin’ wrestlin’ and tellin’ us what they think.
There was this one time, they had some fellas fightin’ backstage. Carmelo Hayes again, and Bobby Lashley. Big fella, that Lashley. And then there was Grayson Waller and… oh, what’s his name… Austin Theory. Always talkin’, that one. Bleacher Report wrote about that too. Seems like they write about everything that happens, even if it ain’t in the ring.
They even wrote about Roman Reigns one time. Big fella, the champ. Always talkin’ about his “tribe” and stuff. Don’t know what that’s all about, but he’s a good fighter, I guess. Bleacher Report seems to like him, most of the time. They give him good grades, mostly.
Sometimes they talk about shows that are gonna happen, like that Bash in Berlin thing. Berlin? That’s way over in Europe, ain’t it? These wrestlers, they travel all over the world, fightin’ and yellin’. Must be tirin’ work. But Bleacher Report, they follow ’em everywhere. They write about it all, and they give it a grade.
So, that’s what this Bleacher Report SmackDown Grades thing is all about. It’s just folks writin’ about wrestlin’ and tellin’ you if they liked it or not. Sometimes they’re right, sometimes they’re wrong. But it’s somethin’ to read when the cows are done bein’ milked and the chores are done.
It ain’t rocket science, that’s for sure. Just a bunch of folks smackin’ each other around, and other folks writin’ about it. But hey, it’s entertainin’, I guess. And that’s all that matters, right?
