Okay, so I’ve been meaning to do this comparison for a while now, and today I finally got around to it. It’s all about checking out these two fitness dudes, Chad Hanekom and Dylan Budka, and seeing what they’re all about.

First, I started by just, you know, Googling both of their names. I wanted to get a feel for their general vibe and see what kind of stuff they’re posting online. I looked at a bunch of their pictures and scrolled through some of their social media feeds. Just a basic overview, nothing too crazy.
Digging a Little Deeper
Next, I tried to find some more specific info. I wanted to know things like:
- What kind of workouts do they do? Are they all about bodybuilding, or do they do other stuff too?
- What’s their diet like? Are they super strict, or do they have cheat days?
- Do they have any tips or advice they share? Anything useful for someone like me?
So, I spent some time watching a few of their workout videos. I wanted to actually see them in action, not just read about it. I looked to see if I can figure out there workout style and if they do anything special.
Putting it All Together
After watching and reading a bunch of stuff, I started to get a better picture of each guy. I took some notes on what I found, like:
- Chad seems more : what did you find out?.
- Dylan focus is on : what did you find out?.
I tried to be fair and look at both the good and the not-so-good. Everyone’s got their strengths and weaknesses, right?
Finally I was able to achieve: complete this section with what you actually able to achieve at the end
It was a bit of a time-suck, but hey, it was interesting! Now I’ve got a better idea of what Chad Hanekom and Dylan Budka are all about. Maybe I’ll even try incorporating some of their stuff into my own routine. We’ll see!
