Okay, so today I decided to mess around with this Travis Lutter weigh-in thing. I’d seen some stuff about it online, and figured, why not give it a shot? Here’s how it went down.

Getting Started
First, I needed to figure out, what is that mean? I mean,I just try to follow the professional’s way.
Then, I looked up some videos and articles about Travis Lutter. Seems like a pretty intense dude, and the weigh-ins are a big deal. You know, making sure you hit that target weight.
My “Weigh-In” Process
I’m not a fighter, obviously, so I wasn’t about to do anything crazy. Here is my steps:
- Step 1: The Baseline. I hopped on my regular bathroom scale first thing in the morning. You know, before eating or drinking anything. That’s my starting point.
- Step 2: Hydration Check.. I chugged a big glass of water.
- Step 3: The Workout. I didn’t go full-on MMA training,I try to run for a while.
- Step 4: Back on the Scale. After all that, I weighed myself again. It is intersting.
- Step 5: Check the differences. I wrote two datas down.
The Results (Such As They Are)
So, did I magically transform into a lean, mean fighting machine? Nope. I saw my weight go up and down.
I guess my takeaway is,I have a new respect of the professional fighters.
Anyway, that was my little experiment for the day. Maybe not the most scientific thing ever, but it was kind of fun to play around with it.
