Alright, let’s talk about this Finn Bálor tattoo thing. It wasn’t like I woke up one day wanting his exact ink, you know? It started way simpler.

The paint is cool, sure, but it was the actual tattoos underneath, the ones he has all the time, that kinda stuck with me. Especially the back piece you see glimpses of sometimes.
So, naturally, I got curious. Fired up the old computer, started poking around. What exactly are these tattoos? You see bits and pieces on TV, but I wanted a clearer look. Found some photos, fan sites, that sort of thing. Turns out he’s got quite a bit, not just the big back design people notice when he does the Demon entrance. There’s stuff on his hands, his legs, little bits here and there.
The big one, yeah, seems connected to mythology, legends. Makes sense with the whole Demon persona he puts on. It’s pretty intricate when you see it up close in photos. Lots of detail.

In the end, my “practice” was mostly just looking, thinking, and doodling badly. Decided against getting anything similar myself. It’s his look, tied to his career and character. Copying it wouldn’t feel right for me. But it was interesting diving into it, seeing the art and the thought (or maybe just impulse) behind why people get the ink they do. Still think his look is pretty awesome, especially when he goes full Demon King. It just works.
