Okay, so I wanted to take a look at the Nuggets’ depth chart. You know, see how the team is shaping up for the season. It’s always interesting to see the player rotations and who’s backing up who.
First things first, I pulled up a few different websites that had their own versions of the depth chart. It’s kinda funny how they don’t all agree. Some list certain players in different positions or have different guys as the third-stringers.
I started with the point guard position, naturally. We all know who the star is there! Jamal Murray is the clear starter.

Then, I moved on to figure out the backup and went through a couple of sites.
- Backup: Reggie Jackson
- Third String: Jalen Pickett
Then there’s the Shooting Guard. Of course, Kentavious Caldwell-Pope is our man.

- Backup: Christian Braun
- Third String: Peyton Watson
Moving to the Small Forward, The starter is so easy!
- Michael Porter Jr.
And figuring out the 2nd and 3rd options:

Next up the Power Forward, a rising star for the Nuggets, the starter is:

- Aaron Gordon
And figuring out the 2nd and 3rd options:
- Backup: Zeke Nnaji

Finally, the Center, the man the myth the legend.

And figuring out the 2nd and 3rd options:

- Third String: Jay Huff
So, after looking at a bunch of different charts and kind of averaging things out, I think, the Nuggets depth chart is pretty solid. There are some good young players mixed in with the veterans, and of course, there are several good players! .
