Okay, so I was digging around the internet the other day, trying to find some info on this baseball player, David Ortiz. You know, the guy they call “Big Papi”? Well, I ended up going down a rabbit hole about his wife, Tiffany Ortiz. Figured I’d share what I found, ’cause why not?
So, I started by just Googling “David Ortiz wife.” Right away, I saw a bunch of articles pop up about this woman named Tiffany. Turns out, they’ve been married since, like, 2002. That’s a long time, man!
I clicked on a few of the links, and it looks like they have two kids together. David also has another daughter from before he was with Tiffany. One article mentioned something about David getting shot a while back in the Dominican Republic. Scary stuff. Glad he’s okay though.
Who is Tiffany Ortiz?
Then I got curious about Tiffany herself. Where’s she from? What’s her deal? I found this LinkedIn profile that says she’s the Director of Early Childhood Programs at Carnegie Hall. Fancy, right?
A couple of articles mentioned that she’s from some town in Wisconsin called Kaukauna. Apparently, that’s where she met David back in the 90s. Small world, huh? She was born on May 13, 1974. I guess they met when he was playing for some minor league team around there. A site called Sports Illustrated had a story about it. So I guess you could say, she’s been with him since way back in the day, before all the fame and fortune.
I learned she’s American, and apparently Caucasian. I don’t know how the websites can tell that just from photos, but whatever. She’s 47 as of 2021, which makes sense if she was born in ’74. One of the articles says she was born in Wisconsin, which I guess I already knew.
So yeah, that’s basically what I found out about Tiffany Ortiz. She seems like a pretty interesting lady. From a small town in Wisconsin to being married to a baseball legend and working at Carnegie Hall. Not too shabby, huh? I just stumbled upon all this while trying to learn more about Big Papi. The internet is a weird and wonderful place, man. You never know what you’re gonna find when you start digging.
