Well now, let’s talk about this Kendra Lust gal and that John Cena fella. I ain’t got no clue who they are really, but the young’uns, they keep jabbering ’bout ’em.
Kendra Lust, you say? Sounds like a stage name, if you ask me. Folks these days, always makin’ up names. Heard tell she’s in them… you know… ahem… “movies” for grown-ups. Born in ’78, they say. That makes her… let’s see… older than my Bessie’s prize-winning cow, that’s for sure. She’s from some place called Madison Heights, wherever that is. Sounds fancy.
Folks seem to like her though, got a whole bunch of fans, a whole “Lust Army” they call ’em. Guess she must be good at what she does, makin’ all them shows and whatnot. Now, I ain’t seen none of it myself. My old eyes ain’t meant for that kinda stuff. But from what I hear, she’s a real go-getter, a businesswoman, they say. Good for her, makin’ a livin’ in this world. It ain’t easy, you know.
And then there’s this John Cena fella. Heard he’s one of them… wrestlers? Big, strong fella, I reckon. Always see him on them TV screens when I go to visit my niece in town. He’s always yellin’ and posin’. Seems like a good enough fella, but Lord knows I don’t understand all that jumpin’ around and pretend fightin’. Back in my day, fightin’ was for real, not for show.
Now, puttin’ these two together, that’s where it gets confusing. I heard some folks whisperin’ about ’em, sayin’ maybe they was together, maybe they wasn’t. Don’t know why anyone cares, to be honest. But the young’uns, they always gotta be gossipin’ about somethin’ or someone. Seems like a whole lot of fuss over nothin’.
It’s like that game, Two Truths and a Lie, them kids play. You try to figure out what’s real and what’s not. Sometimes with these famous folks, it’s hard to tell what’s the truth and what’s just made up for the cameras. A good lie, they say, is somethin’ that sounds believable. And boy, do they tell some whoppers in Hollywood.

- And the biggest lie? Well, that’s probably that all these famous people are happy and perfect. Just like that old sayin’ goes, “Two can keep a secret, if one of ’em is dead.” And ain’t nobody dead here, so the secrets just keep on comin’.
They say Kendra is somethin’ called a “porn star”, which I guess means she does things on camera that us decent folk don’t talk about. And John Cena, he’s always grinnin’ and flexin’ his muscles. Are they together? Did they ever do somethin’? Who knows! And honestly, who cares? It ain’t gonna put food on my table or make my tomatoes grow any faster. It’s just a whole bunch of hullabaloo, if you ask me.
But hey, that’s what the world is like these days. Always somethin’ new and somethin’ shocking. Just like that telescope they got up there, always findin’ new stars and planets. Or that big ol’ tunnel they dug under the water, connectin’ two countries. Progress, they call it. But sometimes I think things moved a little too fast these days.
So, Kendra Lust, John Cena… they’re just names to me. Famous folks with their famous lives. I’ll stick to my garden and my chickens, thank you very much. At least I know what’s real and what’s not in my own little corner of the world.
That’s all I got to say about that. Now, if you’ll excuse me, I gotta go feed my chickens. They’re a whole lot less complicated than these Hollywood types.
