Okay, so this week I tried to get into Drake’s stuff, you know, the whole London thing. It’s week 10, so I figured I’d give it a shot. I’m not a huge Drake fan, but I’m always up for trying new things, especially when it comes to music.

I started by, you know, just Googling “Drake London week 10”. I needed some background first. I found some stuff about his performances and some stats, but nothing really grabbed me.
Listening to the Music
Then, I moved on to the actual music. I figured I’d start with some of his popular tracks that mention London, or maybe have a London vibe. I’m not gonna lie, I had a hard time finding specific “London week 10” themed songs. So I just went with some of his bigger hits, hoping to get a feel for his style.
- I listened to “God’s Plan” – classic, right? Not really London-specific, but catchy.
- Then I tried “One Dance”. Again, super popular, but I wasn’t really feeling a strong London connection.
- I dug around a bit more and found some collaborations he’s done with UK artists. That felt a bit more relevant, even if it wasn’t exactly “week 10” material.
Trying to Get the Vibe
After listening to the music, I tried to, like, understand it. I looked up some lyrics, tried to figure out the meaning behind the songs. Honestly, a lot of it went over my head. I’m not the best at deciphering lyrics, especially with rap.
I also watched some music videos. The visuals sometimes help me connect with the music better. Some of them were pretty cool, lots of flashy cars and stuff. Still, I didn’t really feel like I was “getting” the whole Drake London week 10 thing.
The Outcome
So, after spending a good chunk of time on this, what’s the verdict? Honestly, I’m still a bit confused. I listened to the music, watched the videos, did some Googling… but I didn’t have that “aha!” moment. I didn’t really feel like I cracked the code of “Drake London week 10”. Maybe it’s just not for me. Maybe I needed to be there, in London, during that week, to truly understand.
It wasn’t a total waste of time, though. I did discover some new tracks, and I got a slightly better understanding of Drake’s overall style. But, yeah, I’m still not sure what all the hype is about. Maybe next week I’ll try something completely different.
