Okay, so let’s talk about WrestleMania 40. I’m a huge wrestling fan, and I made sure to clear my entire weekend for this.
First thing I did was double-check the start time. It was all over the internet: 7 PM Eastern Time, both Saturday, April 6th, and Sunday, April 7th. That was perfect. I started to plan my weekend around it.
Next, I had to figure out the food situation. You can’t watch WrestleMania without snacks! I went to the grocery store and loaded up on chips, soda, and all sorts of junk food. I even made a big batch of homemade chili on Saturday morning because, why not? It felt like a small holiday. I invited my friends who are fans of wrestling, and prepared a small party for it.
Then, I made sure my schedule was completely clear. I finished all my work ahead of time, I told my family I was going to be busy, and I turned off all notifications on my phone. I’m usually very busy at work on weekends, but this was an exception. Nothing was going to interrupt my WrestleMania weekend!
When the time finally arrived, I got everything set up. I turned on the TV, dimmed the lights, and got comfortable on the couch. The anticipation was crazy! I remember seeing all the pre-show hype and analysis, and it was getting me even more excited.
And the show itself? It was great! I was shouting at the TV, cheering for my favorites, and getting way too invested in every match. I saw three of the top 25 matches. Some matches got me jumping out of my seat, and others had me on the edge of it. I heard someone even cried after watching Rhodes win, which was so touching, right? There were moments of pure joy, and moments of complete shock. It was a rollercoaster of emotions!
- Started at 7 PM ET on both Saturday and Sunday.
- Two-day event, just packed with action.
- The crowd was insane!
After it was all over, I was exhausted but so satisfied. It felt like I had run a marathon, but it was worth it. I spent the next few days talking about it with my friends, reliving all the best moments, and reading all the online reactions. It was truly an unforgettable experience. I spent almost 3 hours watching each night’s match.
WrestleMania 40, it was one for the books! I am already counting down the days until next year’s event. It was an awesome weekend, and I wouldn’t trade it for anything.
