So, I’ve been trying to channel my inner Jesper Parnevik lately. You know, that Swedish golfer with the flipped-up bill on his cap? I always thought that was a pretty cool, unique look, and I wanted to see if I could pull it off, even if it’s just around the house, or maybe, just maybe, on the golf course, one day.

The Beginning
First things first, I needed a cap. I didn’t want anything fancy, just a plain, basic baseball cap. I dug through my closet and I found a simple one.
The Flipping Process
Now, the fun part – the flip. It’s not as easy as it looks! Jesper makes it look so effortless, but I struggled a bit at first. I spent a good amount of time in front of the mirror, experimenting with different angles and curves.
- Trial 1:I tried to flip it straight up, but it looked more like a weird visor than a stylish statement.
- Trial 2:Then, I tried a slight curve, but it kept flopping back down. I realized I needed something a little more, shall we say, permanent.
- Trial 3: I bent the bill of the cap upwards. It really took some serious time but it’s starting to have a effect.
The Final Result!
After that, a few more adjustments, I started to get a better idea of how it’s going to looks like. It’s still got a way to go I think.
I’m planning to show it on the golf course maybe next week, I’ll see how it goes!
