Well, let me tell ya ’bout this gal, Josie Canseco. Heard a buncha stuff ’bout her, ya know, from here and there. Seems like she’s a big deal, kinda like them fancy folks on the TV.
First off, this Josie, she’s a model. Yep, one of them pretty girls who poses for pictures. Her mama, Jessica Canseco, she was a model too, so I guess it runs in the family, like how my grandma could make the best darn biscuits, and my mama, well, she wasn’t too bad neither. Josie, she ain’t just posin’ for local papers, no sir. Heard she’s been on the cover of magazines and all, real fancy stuff.
Now, her daddy? That’s Jose Canseco, the baseball fella. He wrote a book, and so did her mama. Seems like the whole family likes to tell their stories, which is fine, I guess. Everyone’s got a story, even us plain folk. They even got a daughter, Josie, I already told you that, but yeah, it’s important. She’s the main one we’re talkin’ about.
This Josie girl, she’s also what they call an “internet personality.” Don’t rightly know what that means, but sounds like she’s famous on them computery things. Got a whole bunch of folks followin’ her online, like a million or somethin’. That’s a lot of people, more than you’d see at the county fair, that’s for sure. She posts pictures and stuff, and folks seem to like it. I reckon that’s how she makes her livin’, posin’ and whatnot. It ain’t like workin’ in the fields, that’s for sure.
And get this, she even been in somethin’ called “Sports Illustrated’s Swimsuit Edition.” Don’t know what that is exactly, but it sounds like she’s wearin’ next to nothin’. Good for her, I guess, if she’s got the confidence for it. Me? I wouldn’t be caught dead in somethin’ like that, not at my age, or any age for that matter!

Now, she’s been datin’ some fellas too. One of ’em is Johnny Manziel, a football player. Saw a picture of ’em together, takin’ a bath! Can you believe it? Young folks these days, they ain’t got no shame. But I guess that’s how they do things now. He even posted it online for everyone to see. Lord have mercy.
Josie, she just turned 27, still a young’un in my book. She seems to like the fall, took a picture of herself at the gym, talkin’ ’bout how much she likes the autumn. Good for her, findin’ joy in the little things. That’s important, ya know, appreciating what ya got. She even celebrated her birthday with her dad, Jose. That’s nice, family’s important. Always gotta stick by your kin, no matter what.
So, there ya have it. That’s what I know ’bout Josie Canseco. A model, an internet star, daughter of famous folks, and datin’ a football player. She’s livin’ a different life than most of us, that’s for sure. But hey, to each their own, I always say. As long as she’s happy and not hurtin’ nobody, that’s all that matters. Now, if you’ll excuse me, I gotta go make some supper. All this talkin’ makes a body hungry.
