Okay, so today I wanted to see what all the fuss was about with Keegan Murray, especially after that game against the Bucks. I’ve heard people talking about him, but I wanted to see it for myself.

First thing I did was fire up some recent game footage. I skipped all the pre-game stuff and went straight to the action. I wanted to see how he moved, how he handled the ball, you know, get a general feel for his game.
Watching the Game
I started with a few possessions where he was really involved. Man, this guy can shoot! His form is so smooth, and he seems to find open space really well. I noticed he’s not afraid to take the tough shots either.
- First, I watched him on offense. His shooting was the first thing, super impressive.
- Then, I focused on his defense. I tried to see how he matched up against the Bucks’ players, especially Giannis (when he was on him). He held his own pretty well, I was surprised!
- I specifically looked for how he moved off the ball. He wasn’t just standing around; he was constantly cutting and trying to get open.
After watching a good chunk of the game, I went back and re-watched some key plays. I wanted to see if my initial impressions held up. Yeah, they did. The dude’s got game.
Then I started to see how he played against a tougher team, such as Bucks, to see how he plays in a match that requires his A game!
I even jotted down some notes – things like “great release,” “good court vision,” and “needs to work on boxing out.” Just little things I noticed while watching.
So yeah, that’s basically what I did. I watched the game, focused on Keegan, took some notes, and came away pretty impressed. I get the hype now.
