Okay, so today I decided to mess around with creating a custom “o d b wrestler” character. It’s kinda niche, but I thought it would be a fun little project. I’m not a pro at this stuff, but hey, that’s part of the fun, right?

Getting Started
First, I brainstormed. What did I even mean by “o d b wrestler”? I figured it had to be some kind of over-the-top, maybe slightly goofy, wrestling persona. I pictured someone with, like, mismatched gear and a really weird signature move.
The Design Process
Next, I started sketching. Just rough stuff, you know? I doodled a few different body types and outfits. One had, like, zebra-striped pants and a ripped tank top. Another had a bright pink tutu (don’t ask). It was all over the place, but it helped me narrow down the vibe I was going for.
- First sketch: Zebra pants, ripped tank top.
- Second sketch: Pink tutu (seriously, don’t ask).
- Third sketch: A combination of weird stuff.
I picked the third sketch, just a mix with a bright yellow,one-strap leotard and one knee-high, bright green wrestling boot.I wanted it to look like something you’d see in a low-budget, local wrestling show.
Bringing It to Life
I decided to make a small paper wrestler figure to bring my idea to life, it was just something I could mess around with.
The Finishing Touches
I added some final details. I gave my wrestler a ridiculous name: “The Mango Mauler.” And I decided their signature move would be called “The Fruity Flip” – basically, a really clumsy backflip that probably wouldn’t hurt anyone.
So, yeah, that’s my “o d b wrestler” creation. It’s silly, it’s rough around the edges, but I had fun making it. And that’s what matters, right? Maybe I’ll refine it later, or maybe I’ll just leave it as a reminder of this weird little afternoon project. Either way, it was a good time!
