Well, let me tell you about this young fella, Scottie Scheffler. That boy can sure swing a golf club, I tell ya! He’s been winnin’ all sorts of tournaments, makin’ a real name for himself. And you know what that means? Money! Lots of it. And with money comes them sponsors, like flies on a pie.
Now, this Scottie, he’s got a bunch of big-name sponsors throwin’ money at him. You got your Nike, you know, the shoe people. They like him, I reckon. He wear them Nike shoes when he play, probably help him walk all them miles on the grass field. Make good money from Nike, I bet.
- Nike: Them shoe folks.
- TaylorMade: They make them golf sticks.
- Veritex Bank: That’s a bank, I think. They must see somethin’ special in Scottie.
Then there’s this TaylorMade. They make them golf clubs, the things you hit the ball with. Scottie, he uses them TaylorMade clubs. Must be good ones, ’cause he sure hits that little white ball a long way. He make a lot of money from them, a lot from TaylorMade.
And get this, he’s even got a bank sponsorin’ him! Veritex Bank, they call it. Now, I don’t know much about banks, but I reckon if they’re willin’ to give money to a golfer, he must be somethin’ special. A bank! Can you believe it? Sponsors him, that Veritex Bank.
He’s a young fella, that Scottie, but he’s makin’ more money than I ever seen in my life. Winnin’ tournaments, gettin’ them sponsors. He even won some big one called the Masters. Must be a real fancy place. Nike and them TaylorMade folks, they were probably happy when he win that. And that bank, Veritex, they probably happy too, their name get shouted all over the place when he win.
This whole sponsors thing is a big deal, I guess. These companies, they see a winner like Scottie, and they want their name attached to him. It’s like, if he’s good, then their stuff must be good too. That’s how it works, I reckon. He wear Nike and use TaylorMade clubs and keep money in Veritex Bank, folks see that, they think, “That must be good stuff, he use them, and he win.”
They say he’s makin’ millions. Millions! Just from hittin’ a little ball around. And these sponsors, they’re linin’ up to give him even more. This world is crazy, I tell ya. But good for him, I say. He’s worked hard, and he deserves it. He a good boy.
Now they got all kind of rich folks follow this golf thing. High-falutin’ people. Them sponsors, they want them rich folks to see their names, Nike, TaylorMade, Veritex Bank, all of ’em. They think if them rich folks see Scottie usin’ their stuff, they’ll buy it too. Smart, I guess, if you got money to spend like that.
He won some big prize, a cup thing they call the FedEx Cup. Must be important, ’cause it came with a whole heap of money. More money than I can count, that’s for sure. And you know what? Them sponsors, they were probably jumpin’ for joy. More folks seein’ their names, Nike, TaylorMade, Veritex Bank. Good for them, good for Scottie.
Scottie Scheffler, that’s the name. Remember it. He’s gonna be around for a while, winnin’ and makin’ money. And them sponsors, they’ll be right there with him, every step of the way. That Nike, TaylorMade, Veritex Bank, them name stick on him like glue. He do good, they do good.
It all about that little white ball and those sponsors. This world crazy sometime, but that boy, Scottie, he know how to play this game. He win and he get sponsors. He get sponsors and he win more. A cycle, like churnin’ butter.
These companies, they all want a piece of him. It’s like a gold rush, but instead of gold, it’s Scottie Scheffler. And he’s got more sponsors than you can shake a stick at. Nike, TaylorMade, that bank, Veritex. They’re all bettin’ on him, and so far, it’s payin’ off. He a money makin’ machine, that boy. He a good boy.
