Okay, so I saw this wild picture online, and I just had to do something with it. You know those photos of wrestlers standing next to basketball players? Man, the height difference is insane! So, I got this idea to make my own version.
First, I spent hours trying to find good pictures of wrestlers and basketball players. I needed photos where they were standing up straight, and the pictures had to be pretty clear. I probably looked at hundreds of photos. Finally, I found a couple that I liked.
- I used an image with Victor Wembanyama, also called Wemby and The Alien, who is incredibly tall at 2.24 meters, and this Japanese player, Yuki Togashi.
- I also found another picture of a wrestler from WWE, but I don’t know his name, but he was huge.
Next, I had to cut out the wrestlers and basketball players from their original pictures. I used my old editing software, you know, the one everyone used in the early 2000s. It took forever to carefully cut around each person, especially around their hair. I’m not very good at it, but after messing up a bunch of times, I finally got some clean cutouts.
Then came the fun part – putting them together! I opened up a new file in my software and started arranging the cutouts side by side. The wrestler was so big and muscular, and the basketball players were super tall, it was really quite a sight. I played around with the sizes a little to make it look like they were really standing next to each other in the same place.
After that, I spent some time adjusting the colors and shadows. I’m no expert, but I wanted it to look somewhat realistic, like they were in the same room, with the same lighting. It was a lot of trial and error, but I think I did okay.
Finally, I saved the picture and posted it online. I thought it was pretty cool, and I wanted to share it with my friends. Some people really liked it, while others thought it was weird. But hey, I had fun making it, and that’s what matters, right?

The picture turned out pretty cool! It really showed the crazy size differences between these athletes. A few of my friends even shared it, which was neat. I might try doing something similar again in the future, maybe with different sports or something. It was a fun little project, and I learned a few new things about photo editing along the way.
