The Match Itself
Man, oh man, what a match it was! I started off playing as Shinsuke. I tried to use his strong style to my advantage, hitting AJ with some stiff kicks and knees. I even managed to land a Kinshasa early on, but AJ kicked out! That guy’s tough as nails.
Then I switched over to AJ. I focused on his high-flying moves. I hit a Phenomenal Forearm from the top rope, but Shinsuke got his shoulder up at the last second! The crowd (in my head, of course) was going wild.
Back and forth it went. These two are so evenly matched. I was on the edge of my seat the whole time, even though I was the one controlling them! Finally, after a grueling battle, I managed to hit another Phenomenal Forearm with AJ, and this time, Shinsuke stayed down for the three count.
Final Thoughts
It was an epic match, even if it was just in a video game. It really made me appreciate the talent of both Shinsuke Nakamura and AJ Styles. I spent a good chunk of my afternoon on this, and I don’t regret a single second. It was a blast!
