Finally, I narrowed down my search, trying different combinations of keywords. I was getting a little frustrated, to be honest. It felt like I was going in circles. I even stumbled upon an article about exercise and heart health, which, while important, had absolutely nothing to do with my search. It is hard to find the right thing sometimes.
