Okay, so I’ve been seeing a lot of talk about the Atlanta Braves’ mascot, Blooper, and I decided to dig in and figure out the whole deal. It’s not like I had anything better to do, right?

I started my search by looking him up. Just simple stuff, nothing fancy. Found some basic info pretty quickly.
Turns out, Blooper’s the official mascot for the Atlanta Braves. Makes sense, I guess. Every team needs one, or so I believe?
My Deep Dive (Not Really)
I kept looking, going through whatever I find. Then, boom I found Blooper.
- He’s described as a “big, fuzzy creature.”Yep, accurate.
- “Extendable ears.” Okay, that’s a little weird, but, okay.
I watched some videos of this Blooper guy in action. He was running around, dancing, messing with fans. Pretty standard mascot stuff, I think. The extendable ears thing is… interesting.
I read that he shows up at Truist Park during games. So if you want to get pictures and videos of him,you know where to go. He apparently also does “public relation and goodwill appearances” for the team. So, he’s out there in the community, doing his thing.
Honestly, there isn’t too much I can share, the practice went smooth, easy to find.
