Okay, so I’ve been looking to get some work done on my car, and I’ve heard good things about United Motorsports Cincinnati. I figured I’d document my experience, start to finish, for anyone else who might be curious.

First thing I did was, you know, just look them up online. Checked out their website, saw some pictures of the shop, read some customer reviews. Everything seemed pretty legit. They work on a lot of European cars, which is good for me since I have a VW.

Next, I gave them a call. The guy who answered the phone, I think his name was Mike, was super chill.
