Well, I heard some folks talkin’ ’bout the 49ers game, and they was sayin’ somethin’ about the weather. That’s what they call it, right? Weather? Like if it’s gonna rain or be sunny. So, I thought I’d tell ya what I heard. It might be right or wrong, I don’t know about these things.
This year, 2024, they say. That’s what that youngin’ told me. 2024 NFL season. Sounds important, don’t it? They got these games, and sometimes they play ’em inside, and sometimes outside. If it’s inside, well, who cares what the weather is? You’re inside!
But this 49ers game, I think it’s outside. They said somethin’ about Levi’s Stadium. I don’t know what that means, but it sounds like it’s outside. So, the weather, it matters, I guess. If it rains, them boys might slip and slide all over the place. And if it’s cold, brrr, they might get all stiff and can’t run so good.
Someone said something about a weather forecast. Like they can tell what the weather’s gonna be before it even happens. I don’t know how they do that. Maybe they got some magic. They said for this 49ers game weather there might be rain. A lot of rain, maybe. They say “69 percent”. That sounds like a lot to me. More than half, that’s for sure. So, if you’re goin’ to that 49ers game, you better take an umbrella. Or one of them plastic things you can wear. A poncho, I think they call it.

Is that like, 15 weeks from now? I don’t keep up with these things.
Now, if it’s windy, that’s another thing. Makes it hard to throw that ball, I reckon. And if it’s snowy, well, that’s just a mess. I remember one time, back when I was a little girl, we had a snowstorm so bad, we couldn’t even get out the door. Had to stay inside for days. They probably won’t cancel the 49ers game for a little snow, though. They’re tough, them football players.
One of them fancy websites, *, they say it is. That’s where they got this weather forecast. They got all the information about the rain and the wind and all that. You can check that if you wanna know more, I guess. Me, I just listen to what people are saying. You can find out a lot just by listenin’ at the grocery store, you know.
They also said something about Highmark Stadium. That must be where some other game is. I don’t know where that is. Maybe up north. They say the weather forecast there is important, too. These stadiums, they’re all over the place. And the weather is different in different places. You can’t expect the weather in San Francisco, where the 49ers play, to be the same as the weather somewhere else.
So, to sum it all up, if you’re goin’ to the 49ers game, seems like there’s a good chance of rain. And it might be cold. And maybe windy. Best be prepared for anything. That’s what I always say. Be prepared. You never know what the good Lord’s gonna throw at you, weather-wise.
