Okay, so I was digging around the internet, trying to find some funny stuff about wrestling, you know, like behind-the-scenes things. And I stumbled upon this “WWE banned words” thing. I was like, “What the heck is this?” It sounded crazy, so I decided to check it out.
First, I Googled it. Seriously, just typed in “WWE banned words.” A ton of stuff popped up – articles, forum posts, even some YouTube videos. It was a rabbit hole, I tell you.
I started reading through some of the articles. Some were old, some were newer. Seemed like this list of “forbidden” words changed over time, which made things even more confusing.
What I Did to Investigate
- I read several different articles from different websites that came up in my search.
- I compared the lists. Some words were on almost every list, others only appeared on one or two.
- I even checked some wrestling forums to see what actual fans were saying about it. They had some pretty strong opinions, let me tell you! Some thought it was ridiculous, others thought it was just part of the show.
- I also tried to find some official WWE documents, but let’s be real, they’re not going to just post that stuff online.
After I sifted through all the information, I started to get a clearer picture, though it was still a bit murky.
After I had a list of words, I also attempted to see when the word had been said recently. I looked at twitter posts and other social media, but it was a dead end.
Finally, I can say that my investigation was successful at confirming there are indeed banned words, but what exactly the list contains will always be up for debate.
